The Reposing Force of the Great Lakes

The Reposing Force, the country's superhero collective, has three locations in the United States, each in a different region. The corrupt Reposing Force of the Great Lakes rejects membership to a group of superpowered individuals, believing their powers to be "useless". But the most powerful villain in the world is on a quest for revenge against the region's leader, and after (almost) the entire Reposing Force is kidnapped by him, suddenly the useless becomes the necessary.
